Return Policy

We will only accept unworn hair extensions in their original condition within 10 days of receipt of delivery. All hair ties must still be attached and uncut and extensions must not be altered. We will not accept extensions that have been altered in any way. CHB reserves the right to reject any return if they feel the product has been altered.

You will be reimbursed the cost of the item(s) at the time of purchase (plus sales tax), less shipping cost.

All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
